With CAD there really is no maintenance plan. The theory is that on CAD you lose weight until your body finds its natural weight level and then it stays there or you might have to eat an extra CM or CS to bring your total up to 4 meals a day. Everyone's level of meal/maintenance can be different. It depends on your body.
