LC sponge

I don't think I phrased my question properly, but I think I catch the drift. I just don't want to be a grump again. But I assume as long as I keep the blood sugar low that won't happen. I know the dizzy feeling your talking about. I only had it once for a few minutes in a book store. Kinda funky!!Thanks for responding...Ang
