I had no clue that there was a difference between the clinic diets and the other people posting here. I can understand your stance.

I have been on diets where I injected myself and as soon as I went off all the weight came back and then some. All it did was mess up my metabolism even more.

I always thought I knew a lot about dieting since I have been on and off plans since I was 10 years old! Finally i learned that true weight loss comes from total nutrition and i am glad I found that with Atkins.

I guess I shouldn't put in my 2 cents unless if it really adds up to 2 cents! I appologize again!
