Actually, the Bernstein plan on this forum is Dr. Bernsteins Diabetic Solution which is not the same as the clinic.

As a bit of history, there once was a Yahoo discussion group for people on the Dr. B. Diet Clinic Plan and the clinic asked them to close it down which they did. Some of them migrated here and because of plan's proprietary nature and confusion with Dr. Bernsteins Diabetic Solution, we had to close the thread.
