I did CAD for one week had no gain at all,but had to return to Atkins because my irritable bowel came back with a vengance! I loved the freedom of CAD and enjoyed the RM's,but my body did not. Didn't gain even one lb though.. and had done Atkins four months straight before the switch. I wish I could have stayed with it,because I loved it,but with my tummy probs. I could not handle it.
