I have been on a lchf diet since Aug 15. I lost 23 lbs and 8 weeks ago I stopped losing even tho I was doing the same thing and not cheating. I was going thru alot of stress but that's been overwith. Under 1300 cal and 15 carbs. I seemed to go over on protein but not fats. It is so frustrating. This is my first post so I am not sure what I can do. I hear that u say more fats but it seems the calories go up to much. Suggestions? Thanks 2
