Damn it! I had not had a cigerette in over 4 weeks until last night. After drinking a few and being at a party I convinced a friend of a friend to give me a cigerette(my friends won't give me one). I ended up smoking 2.5 cigs before the night was over and felt horrible when I woke up this morning.

SOOOOOOoooo, here we go again on this journey. Day one!
