Five servings of alcohol every day is too much. If you can't cut back to one a day or one a week, you've got a problem.
It also looks like you're eating a low fat diet. That doesn't work with low carb - you need good fats, which come with the food you eat: fatty meats, salmon, eggs, bacon, homemade salad dressings with olive oil (they're easy to make), and so on.
