Interesting. With LCHF, calories are not an issue, they are never counted. 25g of carbs are the plan until you reach your goal weight, then slowly up the carbs until your wt is stable.
I thought being able to ignore calories was the whole point of low-carbing, you can eat until you are full. Worked for me.
