nice job! sounds like a great salad.
to switch up salad blahs at home, i became obsessed with "grilled romaine" a couple years ago, after trying a grilled casear at a fancy brunch. I use the technique at least monthly now, and it is great if you have a hard time with raw veggies- my stomach can be really moody.
i am also into using cucumber noodles as a salad base.....makes the whole dish seem very different!
