Ladies and Gentlemen,

lets join us for a little private competition to get our bodies in shape. Post your before picture (front/side/back) and commit to your favorite form of exercise until June 30, 2003 and then lets compare yourselves with the After shots .
You may ask..what's in it for me? Perhaps the bikini figure...or firmer legs...in my case I am hoping for a tight butt and smooth thighs and this will be good for our health So there is nothing to lose but inches.
