And yes, you could do different toppers too - seeds or nuts or more shredded coconut as you desire - or different spices like cinnamon or nutmeg or cocoa as Robin stated - or even top with a nut or peanut butter - or small amounts of berries or sugar free jam if your plan allows.
One could even play with protein powders as an add-in as well with this. Though I usually have a couple eggs on the side for extra protein.
