Hi! I just joined this list and thought I would take a few minutes to introduce myself.

I have been low carbing since August and have lost 107 pounds so far. I have loast over 135+ since this time last year.

I joined this list with the hopes of learning more about maintainging and living this way the rest f my life. I already got the losing part down I would like to help others do what I have do so far...

Oh my weight is listed on this site wrong... I am at 190 not 199. Only 20 pounds from my goal... I will stop at 170 to let all this extra skin shrink up!!
