Yup, Lisa's right. If you are losing, forget worrying about ketones! Hell, a lot of low carb plans work without even mentioning the process of ketosis. Especially if you're still losing, don't worry about your metal breath... or lack thereof.
P.S. Ketostix are really unreliable anyway. Even when I use them, I don't take the results too seriously.
