I like the egg foo young dishes without gravy or rice. They are kind of deep fried omelets w/ induction allowed veggies.

I use a little hot chili oil and soy sauce. Filling and full of protein. Good LC food.

Now Thai and Japanese are much harder but I found that I still can enjoy chinese food.
