question about cheese sticks
somewhere on this forum i found a recipe for mozzerella cheese sticks by dipping string cheese into egg and rolling in grated parmesan, freezing, and deep frying... i tried it, and all the parm fell off, as well as the entire string cheese melted and stuck to the bottom of my pot... any suggestions? thanks in advance,
