You are welcome. Number one is still the most common reason for stall, but from attending his local support group, I also know that only eating when hungry is important. Many end up after becoming fully fat adapted to eating one meal a day. I am doing a more standard protocol for IF now...but it is all the same. DietDoctor just had a good post to add on the topic:
