I'm sure acne is one of those things that occurs for a wide variety of reasons. If you're thinking that 29 is too old for acne I'm sorry to pass on that I saw a dermatologist last year for that exact reason (I'm 31) and she said that many women experience a second wave of acne in their late 20's early 30's.

That said, I've been following Atkins for about 4 weeks now and my skin is more clear than it's been in ages. I figure it's either the diet and/or all the water, either way I'm a pretty happy camper.
