I told my family, absolutely noooo chinese restaurants!!! But if I had to go, I probably would try to ask the people there if they could fix it without the sauce. I always let it be known Im a low-carber in any restaurant and have surprisingly been well accomodated. I know some restaurants can't adjust their menus but I sure try at least!!
