I also lost 13 lbs in the first 2 weeks, and then nothing for a month. From what I have read it takes your body a while to adjust after the weight loss. I didn't cheat either. So if you are cheating that will only make it worse. If you are going to do this you need to do it wholeheartedly. You can't half do a way of eating and expect it to work!!!! Just my personal opinion. Good luck!
