A spoon works for me . . .

One thing though -- your Peter Pan may not have any sugar, but if it's homogenized (in other words, if there's no oil floating on top like there is in natural peanut butter) then it has trans-fats in it. That's how they get it to not separate. The natural stuff is better for you.
