Hi all!
I have been away from the forum for (gasp) ELEVEN (!!??) years.
It's all in my journal, but in summary i went from around 430 (was too heavy for most scales to get an accurate number)..to all the way down below 200 to 198..kept it all off for over 5 wonderful years..then marriage, pregnancy . chemo, and the worst.. steroids...(yuck) ..and presto ..like a blowfish under stress..was back up to a whopping 458 by nov of 2013.

Two weeks ago was 398.

today 4/6/2015...394.

do love that this site..and others like you all.. are still here!
