yes I think that is best. if you 'added' up some stuff, you would have to figure that the extra is the problem.
diet soda is horrible for me point blank. 1 diet soda I do fine.
2 and I bloat up insanely and it lasts forever it seems.
atkins bars---to me there is nothing good about those. For me they are addictive . I know many can have them and be fine but it wasn't the case with me on those things. Plus they were very expensive lol.
