Nicekitty, it is my opinion that each of us do differently on different amounts and types of carbs, so do some experimenting and see what works best for you, still allowing for weight loss and also sleep. Beware of simple carbs. Complex carbs are best, and try to look for the ones with the most fiber.
Others might also have suggestions.
