Still plodding away at low carb. Had a few problems but think I am back on track again.
Dog walking is a great way to get exercise. You really can't give yourself an excuse not to because it has to be done. I am lucky, mine can have the freedom to run around and I walk at whatever pace my metabolism is feeling up to. Let's keep doing what we are doing and learning from that.
