I am the same. cold turkey. cut the ties that keep me fat.
I also do not want a snail's pace. I want goal NOW! I will not try to re-create my old lifestyle of eating because it didn't work then for keeping me thin and it sure will not keep me lean now. No more fooling myself. I know what must be done, I will just do it.
I will not drag it out either!
