I'm guessing that you can...since they sell frozen cheesecakes in the grocery stores...but I've never made one myself. I'm dying to try one of the lc recipes but I'm the only one in my family that would eat it and I'd hate for any to go to waste. Any of you ever frozen individual pieces before?
