Hey, Dunroven, I see you're going to do Michael Thurman. That plan works! I have to give that to him (God, rest his soul). If you stick to the plan and eat according to your body type, you WILL lose 30 lbs. or more (w/exercise) in 6 weeks. The key is being diligent and on-point.
I couldn't handle not having salt or dairy or my wine, but that doesn't mean you can't do it. I'm rooting for you!!!
