Shawin, I truly believe that fibre is not the way to go, and there is some science to back me up on that.
If you are having trouble with constipation, I believe that as low carbers the best thing to do is to first increase your fat and water intake. If you are still having trouble while having over 120 grams of fat per day, it's time to add some magnesium. My DH is an IBS sufferer and used to REALLY suffer from constipation, but now considers magnesium to be a lifesaver. Just something to think about.
