Protein - how much is too much?
So how much is considered too much that it can impede on weight loss??
My protein is anywhere from 70-100 a day....I do notice that when my protein is on the lower end I tend to lose a bit faster but not always...other factors also have to do with it.
Just curious - anyone eating under 70 grams a day and losing successfully? Anyone eating more than 100 and losing successfully?
SOmetimes this WOE can be so confusing
