Hey, me again. Sorry to take so long...

The answer to your first question is: by plane! Really, my family (entire) emigrated when I was 3.5 years old, I barely remember the night flight and thinking the plane was on fire because of the blue flames at the business end of the engines...can see them in the dark.

Hmmmmmm, if you add cream and freshly ground pepper and bake it in the oven, you'll have a spinach quiche (the same volume of cream and eggs as in any custard recipe). If you use less cream and bake it (oven OR stovetop), you'll essentially have a spinach frittata or omelette... Any help?
