Hi,
I'm Baci, (kisses in italian). I've been low-carbing for 1 week now. I've never been able to stay on a hi-protein diet for longer than 2 weeks before. I really want to be successful this time! Any ideas? Does anyone drink wine on a regular basis? It's something I'm used to drinking nitely. I really miss it. Thanks for any encouragement!
