How many grams of fat do you have? What's your age, exercise, any meds or thyroid history?
What's your bodyfat percent?
Is it possible your body is steady state because your energy is steady and equal to your needs?
If you're within 5% of your goal, might have to look at really small deltas with your food portions to get down there.
