Thank you Sunny, I am very sore and was wondering if the weight was from the working out and sweating.
But the carb binge pushed it up there to begin with so I'm not really sure what it truly is.
I do use the salt shaker pretty much with every meal. I'm a salt addict. Which I also thinks contributes to keeping on water weight? I just was reading about cancer prevention and thinking about switching to Sea Salt and taking iodine supplements.
Appreciate your response!! Keep up the exercise, I agree with you that it is so important. I need to keep it up myself!
