I buy Nature's Own as well, although I buy the no sugar, low carb one. It isn't stone ground; but only 7 grams of carbs with 2 fiber.
Any kind of pure rye bread is good as well (not the Pepperidge Farm type of Rye Bread). Look for German imported. No sugar.
