Have exchanged emails with the owner of Ferrando Foods. Seems he is planning on putting only a "token amount" of the bread into Famous Foods on Wednesday (after 3 pm) and has said that he will increase that if he knows the demand is there.

So, if you are thinking of trying it out, please let me know and I will email him with the approx. number of frozen loaves and/or bake mixes needed.

Famouse Foods is open till 9 pm, by the way.
