Okay, tried the cottage cheese casserole with pork rinds (sorry this is on the veg board! I don't usually eat it, but it was available and I wanted something!). Anyway it was gross, and I ended up throwing it out. Bummer. Maybe I'll just save it for the occasional cheat meal.
