Someone up there or....down there loves me because I went on the scale this morning and i was suprised to see that I had not gained any weight. I know better then to see this as a sign that i can cheat ll the time. The last time I had a day of cheating, I gained 4 pounds and it wasn't all water weight. Took me two weeks to loose it.
