I love Trader Joes. I usually go in there once a week. I pick up my macademia nuts there. They have several brands and I get the lowest carb.

Also, they usually carry some low carb breads, tortilla's, flaxseed meal, all the bars (if you're into that) and once the new packaging is out they will continue to carry the atkins muffin mixes and atkins brownie mix if you need a snack.

Spend some time wandering through the store. You will be amazed at someof the stuff you find. I was there today and they are having a sale on the lc breads and tortillas.

Oh yeah, they have really great lean meat.
