Did a light workout of push ups and sit-ups. This is the first time I've done sit-ups these last few weeks and let me tell ya...I totally felt them. Good God my abs are weak. So I think when I do 3/4 Cardio tomorrow that I'm going to attempt the abs workouts at the end of it. This will more than likely help get rid of the pooch I've got going on.
