I too got discouraged the last week or so-didn't seem like anything was working. Finally, this morning 2 lbs gone-total 8.5 inches and 8.5 lbs in 5 weeks and TOM coming in a couple of days so, really can't complain-feeling great and lookin good. Keep up the good work and results will come!
