Way to go Pooch!!!
I lost 25 lbs. on the Diabetic diet but then stalled at 211 lbs. for the past 8 mths. Tomorrow is day 14 of induction for me and I'm down to 204  . I can't wait to join you and break through the 200 lb. mark and hit the 1's again. Keep up the good work!!!
