3 sets of 15 tricep kickbacks & lat pulls
Tuesday -
30 min Walk from Hell (leg/hip joints still hurt. Front shins hurt today!)
Wednesday -
no exercise
Thursday -
30 min Walk from Hell (leg/hip joints hurt)
floor leg/back stretches (my lower back is very tight!)
3 sets of 15 lat pulls
3 sets of 15 tricep kickbacks
3 sets of 15 pec curls
3 sets of 15 leg press
Stretched arms
Friday -
30 min walk from Hell ( leg/ hip joints still sore)
Floor leg/back stretches
2 20 sec planks
Not motivated to do anymore....
Saturday -
3+ mile walk
Started eating after my workouts. Doesn't matter to me really either way. However, I've read that it's best to eat your carbs after a work out to efficiently burn them.
One more week on this type of cardio and I'll be adding the elyptical back in.
