Low fat, low cal, and low-moderate carb, moderate protein. Plus eating 6 times a day, ugh. 80s style bodybuilding principles and outdated ideas on fat.
I do like the exercises and think he has the right idea on that part. One could do just as well on Primal Blueprint eating and more healthily - the low fat is a setup for hormonal problems it seems like.
