I made some adjustments with my recipe as well b/c I have different types of protein at home. I only like Soy proteins, whey to me tastes like ick
After Fitday, here's what mine looks like:
4 servings Genisoy Protein –80 C, 56 P
2 servings Twinlab Soy Protein- 30 P
6 TB Peanut Butter-45 F, 21C, 24 P
6 TB Dry Milk-26C, 18 P
5 TB Cocoa –10 C, 5 P
1 TB Olive Oil- 14F
3 TB Fructose-38C
Totals: 59F, 175C, 133P= 19 Blocks in all!
SO YUMMY! I froze it then weighed the whole batch equaling
25 oz divided by 19 Blocks = 1.30 oz per piece = 1 Block
and it was a HUGE helping!
I think this will be a keeper during the PMS days.
