Hi all I am new to the Atkins Diet. Yes at first I was sceptical to but after one week six pounds wow. I know this is a moajority of waterweight that you initially lose in the beginning but I am already not craving the Carbs. I hope to lose 30 more pounds to get back in the Army Infantry and then ten more before I ship out. Welp look forward to talking to you all!!
