Hi all
Just a quick hello and to see how you are all doing.
I'm on day 32 of Induction (I do eat Atkins bars for breakfast)
So far I'm doing ok, mainly to the water I drink. 4 liters now!
Sigh. I wish I was losing faster but don't we all?  |
