Nope, I'm definitely not on a diet! I was on "diets" for years and wound up fatter!

Low carbing is now a way of life, not a temporary diet. If I lose weight slowly, that's fine, all the more likely the weight will stay off.

I'm not trying to suggest your weight will return, Teuthis, but it's all a matter of perspective. Eating less is not only unnecessary, it's not advisable.
