Hi water, that's great about the belt! wtg! I tried not to buy clothes until I was much closer to goal too, it doesn't work that way sometimes. My pants got so huge on me they were falling down. Plus, once you treat yourself to some smaller clothes, beware! it's addictive!!!

Ok let's see, if you're tired or sore, by all means take a day off to rest. Resistance training with your own weight must be tough, no sarcasm implied whatsoever. Must be a helluva workout! I can't lift my own weight yet! You can switch resistance training days and try some cardio if you want to. Or try a rest day and see how you feel. My dad & I both I find that any more than 2 days off we have a hard time getting back into the groove of things again. HTH!
