thanks for all the idea's. I bought a jar of Coconut flesh in the hopes of making my smoothies taste better.I use to love banna frozen yogurt and some sort of berries but that is way to high in carbs for me right now. I am finding I am not a big fan of Greek Yogurt. Oh well I will miss you smoothies until we meet again when I get a little thinner again.
